As a part of the internal design team, I was responsible for designing the online doctor appointment system that match with the existing style, structure and functionalities of the abcZdrowie portal.
A new doctor appointment funcionalities, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and marketing elements designed as a part connected within existing structures and brand styles.
Every journey has its beginning. As a part of a design team, I first set myself a task to discover what beginning of user journey looks like in the topic of finding medical expertise.
To do this I checked current data from the company's Google Analytics and other available analytical tools. After that, with the help of a team, I managed workshops with stakeholders to confront this knowledge with their own experiences.
After that we used user interviews and surveys, to define the goals, needs and fears of users that arise when making online appointments with a doctor. Then during brainstorming workshops, with a team I proposed ideas for functionalities that carried out previously identified areas.
Information collected during research led us to formulate a set of recommendations and ideas that was explored during many wireframes and sketches. That allowed us to validate ideas fast and came up with better final solutions.
All actions taken during the design process have resulted in the creation of new, fresh online doctor appointment system that not only looks great but also meets all requirements, matches with the brand style, current processes and functionalities within an organization. Final UI design was created by Jakub Jaszkin based on my hi-fidelity mockups.
